HawkeyeTom.com has finally undergone a revolution. I'm not done re-posting all the old stuff but I'm working on it. As soon as I get caught up with the old I'll add some never before seen tailgating and party pics from the past couple years. Any special requests for old stuff let me know and I'll post that first.
Well we all know that scheduling a wedding on the same day as an Iowa game is a huuuuuge gamble. Both because you’re not sure if you’re bridal party will have their shit together and if the Hawks lose (clearly I’m talking hypothetical here since it doesn’t happen) the reception will be a huge bust. Lucky for Andy, Mikki and the Hawk fans, the ceremony was quick, the beer was free and McNutt has amazing hands!
Karaoke is not always the best idea. I mean, ask Brennan’s shin which is still scrapped up and bloody (see 1:29). But if you were deaf it probably wouldn’t have been too bad except for the dance moves (see 3:05 and 4:11). Basically what I’m saying is that the only way you could enjoy this is if you know them or if you’re deaf and blind…but enjoy it anyway.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, give me a decent camcorder and we could have a hit reality show on MTV. Here are my records from Madison as our Big Ten road trip took over the city and bested the Badgers. On top of the debauchery below we have, as usual, increased our vocabulary, increased the out of town love and respect for the Hawks and of course pissed a couple (or a lot) of people off.

I put the videos in the best order that I can remember them in, enjoy.
Did I mention I love 2:30 kickoffs? Seemed like everyone else had a great time with our extra tailgating hours on Saturday too, in fact Bappe said, “If we had 2:30 kickoffs every week I wouldn’t have to drink during the week!”
It seems like that may have been the longest off season in the history of college football. Fortunately it’s finally here! Unfortunately it was one of the more stressfull and less attractive wins I’ve witnessed…but a win is a win!
I’m a sucker for a zoo trip, The Henry Doorley Zoo in Omaha, NE is clearly the best in the Midwest and has got to be a national contender. My camera was pissed off at me so a bunch of my pictures didn’t turn out but here’s some that did…
King and Queen Schulte’s wedding was an absolute blast, from rehearsal dinner to screaming “If you ain’t a Hawkeye, you ain’t shit!” in the lobby of the hotel around midnight at the reception. I apparently wasn’t consious enough to take many pictures so here are the ones I have here are my two, my sister’s and Mikki’s (thanks for the help!). If anyone else has any to share please let me know and I’ll add them.
The 4th of July weather kinda sucked at first but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. We started with some simple beer pong then washers before graduating to the 2-Story beer bong and round after round of Flippy Cup. This was a Moorhead 4th of July in true form, unfortunately there was no one available (or steady enough) to film the 8 on 8 flippy cup matchups…but you can imagine how entertaining they were.
Enjoy the Pictures:
