QuickTime Download Instructions:

Click here to get to the site for the QuickTime free download.  Uncheck the boxes, you DO NOT need to fill in your e-mail address.  Click on the "Free Download Now" box to start the download.  Click open when the pop up comes up.  It is about 35MB so it could take a couple minutes to download.

This should take care of any video viewing problems that you're having, unless you name is Joe, then you may be retarded and you're beyond any help.
